Join our experienced run instructors in this 13 week Running Program, Trails Edition. This program is perfect for beginners, those new to trails and experienced runners (we will be broken into groups week 1) this run clinic will introduce those who want to learn the basics of trail running, techniques, safety, all while socializing with fellow nature enthusiasts. This program will take you to explore 8 different trails around the city. Designed for those who have a goal of running a 5K or 10K Trail and enjoying nature.
