This partnered exercise program, offered in collaboration with the Canadian Centre for Activity and Aging (CCAA), is designed for older adults with a range of fitness and mobility levels. Whether you are returning to exercise, managing mobility challenges, or already maintaining a regular routine with few limitations, this class is for you. This 60-minute group exercise class focuses on key components of functional fitness, including strength, cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, and balance. Exercises are modified and adapted to meet individual needs, ensuring a safe, effective, and supportive experience for all participants.
